Ashlee Braxton

Ashlee Braxton is a truly inspirational international empowerment speaker and mindset coach who has lived a life of adventure. As the Founder of The Happy Choice podcast, Ashlee has had the opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge from guests from all over the world. Her experience on stage allows her to be confident and command the room whilst delivering thought-provoking messages. When hired as a speaker, Ashlee is able to use her experience from her diverse career to cover topics such as mindset, mental health, women’s empowerment, diversity and inclusion, and leadership.

Having first started her career in the music and television industry, Ashlee has worked with some of the biggest names in the business including Lady Gaga and Toni Braxton. As an Intern at Interscope, Ashlee was exposed to a wide variety of projects, and it was not long before she became the Executive Assistant and Talent Manager for Toni Braxton. A talented singer herself, Ashlee has performed for royalty and presidents all over the world, and she gained much experience working as a tour manager, within PR and marketing, and managing celebrities. Wanting to start a new journey, in 2015, Ashlee moved to France and soon began working in the corporate scene for two of the top ten French-Tech companies.

Now in Barcelona, Ashlee followed her ambitions and began to develop herself as a creative director and experience director. Realising her love for helping others, Ashlee created The Happy Choice podcast and made it her mission to ensure those who are suffering with mental health do not do so alone. Her podcast has since featured as one of the top 50 health podcasts in South Africa. Using her experience and knowledge beyond her years to coach others flawlessly into their leadership roles, Ashlee launched Ashlee Braxton, and hosts events and travel retreats to encourage transformational and conscious travelling.

Ashlee’s honest and open approach to her talks has been very successful in helping others change and challenge their mindset to unlock their full potential. Her audiences come away having a passion and drive to follow their dreams to make them a reality.
