Naomi Schiff is a Rwandan-Belgian racing driver and Sky Sports F1 Analyst, who uses her platform to champion racial and gender equality in motorsport. Born in Belgium to a Rwandan mother and Belgian father and raised in South Africa, Naomi brings a powerful perspective shaped by her multicultural upbringing and lived experiences. Now based in Paris, she is a passionate advocate for inclusivity in a sport historically dominated by white males. Her candidness about facing racial abuse and underrepresentation drives her mission as a speaker. Naomi is frequently invited to speak on issues such as diversity and inclusion, mental resilience, and peak performance—drawing on both her personal journey and professional accomplishments to inspire change.
Naomi’s motorsport journey began at just 11 years old when she started karting. Her natural talent and unwavering determination quickly propelled her into the professional racing circuit. By 2014, she had already claimed a major victory in the Clio Cup China Series, winning seven out of ten races. This success earned her a five-year contract with Reiter Engineering, where she raced in the GT4 European Series, the 24H Series, and the KTM XBOW battle. Naomi’s fearless pursuit of excellence led her to win the 2018 KTM XBOW Battle Sprint Championship and complete its endurance counterpart. These achievements not only demonstrated her capabilities on the track but solidified her reputation as a serious competitor.
Naomi’s versatility extends beyond the racetrack. In 2019, she competed in the inaugural W Series and soon after became the Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador and later Presenter and Analyst for the championship. She made headlines again in 2022 when she co-hosted the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team car launch and joined Sky Sports F1 as an on-air analyst. In addition to her racing and media accomplishments, Naomi worked as a stunt driver in the James Bond film, No Time to Die, a testament to her exceptional driving skill and professional adaptability.
In her talks, Naomi unpacks her journey through racing with compelling honesty, addressing the challenges of racial and gender inequality in elite sport. She speaks powerfully about resilience, representation, and disrupting stereotypes, encouraging others to challenge norms and pursue excellence. Her unique perspective—shaped by personal adversity, competitive success, film work, and media visibility—makes her a sought-after speaker for organisations looking to foster inclusivity and empower marginalised voices.
