



Dr Adolph ‘Doc’ Brown is an extraordinary clinical psychologist, keynote speaker, businessman, teacher, and founder of Doc Brown Global and the Doc & Friends Speakers’ Bureau. From becoming the first in his family to graduate high school to earning degrees in anthropology, psychology, and a PhD in Clinical Psychology, he continually broke barriers. At just 29 years old, he became the Youngest Tenured Full Professor in the United States at Hampton University, where he also served as Chairperson and Dean. His academic journey includes being a Distinguished Visiting President’s Professor at Livingstone College, a Scholar-in-Residence at NYU, and a faculty member at Regent University and Tidewater Community College. A proud product of Head Start and public education, Adolph’s commitment to nurturing young minds is also evident through his books, Real Talk: Lessons in Uncommon Sense and Two Backpacks: Learning Their Story & Building Relationships with a Trauma Informed Perspective.
Adolph’s professional achievements are vast and impressive. He has received over 300 awards for teaching, research, and leadership, including the Black History Month Legacy Award and the E.L. Hamm Master Teacher Award. He has been honoured with multiple ‘Keys to the City’ and recognised with the Arkansas Traveler Award. As a Bank of America Community Advisory Board Member, Critical Incident Stress Debriefer for First Responders, and Executive and Celebrity Peak Performance Coach, Adolph continues to influence multiple industries. A familiar face in the media, he is a SAG-AFTRA member, a news consultant across major networks, and co-host of ABC’s The Parent Test.
