Chloe Morgan is a powerful voice in the movement for racial equality, drawing deeply from her lived experience as a Black LGBTQ+ woman in sport and law. Currently Head of She’s A Baller, a vibrant women’s football social media platform and creative agency, Chloe works with major brands like Puma, the Premier League, eBay, and PlayStation to elevate the visibility of women in football. Her journey through elite sport and the legal profession gives her unique authority as a racial equality advocate and speaker. Her key speaking topics include Resilience and Balancing Dual Careers, Women’s Football and Sports Empowerment, Diversity and Inclusivity in the Workplace, and LGBT Rights and Advocacy—each grounded in her personal journey through underrepresented spaces.
Chloe’s career began in law, completing her degree at the University of Leeds and qualifying as a solicitor in 2017. She worked in Tier 1 litigation departments at top law firms including Irwin Mitchell, Bolt Burdon Kemp, and Mullis & Peake LLP Solicitors, managing high-value complex litigation. Simultaneously, she built an impressive football career, playing for Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, and later Crystal Palace, where she was the no.1 goalkeeper from 2020 to 2022. Her dual identity as both a high-level athlete and a legal professional gave her first-hand experience of the barriers faced by marginalised individuals in male-dominated and predominantly white industries, fuelling her drive to create change.
Chloe has been widely recognised for her achievements on and off the pitch. She won the Women’s Football Champion award at the 2025 Women’s Football Awards and was named DIVA Sports Star of the Year in 2021. She featured on the Pride Power List and received the Player of the Year Award in the same year. She’s a passionate Ambassador for Show Racism the Red Card and was listed on the Football Blacklist in 2020. Chloe also co-hosts the podcast Upfront, previously led women’s football coverage at The Athletic, and served as Media Manager for Crystal Palace Women’s First Team.
Chloe is frequently hired to speak because she doesn’t just talk about diversity—she lives it. Her talks on Resilience and Balancing Dual Careers resonate with audiences across industries, while her insights on Women’s Football and LGBTQ+ Rights make her a vital contributor to conversations on equality in sport and the workplace. She brings credibility, authenticity, and inspiration to every stage, making her a compelling and necessary voice in the push for racial equality.
