Faith Ruto is the Founder and CEO of Transformation21st Limited, a global consultancy dedicated to empowering professionals to thrive both personally and professionally. Faith’s career began at Shell, where she served as an IT Project Manager and Consultant starting in 2002. She advanced to the role of UK Loyalty Innovator for Digital Transformation by 2013, overseeing digital initiatives across Europe, Africa, and the US. In 2014, she founded Transformation21st Limited, driven by a desire to help others overcome self-limiting beliefs and achieve their goals. Her extensive experience in leadership, change management, and strategy has been instrumental in her evolution as a speaker and coach.
In recent years, Faith has garnered significant recognition for her contributions to racial equality and empowerment. In 2023, she was honoured as a Top 133 Global Change Maker by DiverseIn and named among the Top 50 Black Leaders by Black Leaders Worldwide.
