Florcy’s journey began in the arts sector, where she founded the Viviant Art Collection & Consulting in 2007, focusing on curating and promoting diverse artistic voices. This venture highlighted her commitment to cultural representation and provided a foundation for her advocacy work. Transitioning into the tech industry, she held significant roles at Dell, including Program/Project Manager in the Services Leadership Development Program and Manager of Enterprise Software – Technical Customer Support. Her tenure at Netflix as Manager of Creative Production Innovation Management further showcased her ability to blend creativity with technological advancement. In 2021, she co-founded SPKY FRSH, emphasising her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to innovative solutions.

Her role as North America Technology Strategy Retail Lead at Accenture in 2022 underscored her influence in shaping inclusive strategies within major corporations. Additionally, her position as CEO & Business Strategist at Crypto Flossing and her activities as an angel investor for companies such as Brex, Teal Health, and Alto Pharmacy reflect her dedication to supporting diverse ventures and promoting equity in emerging industries.
