Iqra Ismail is a pioneering figure in English football, renowned for her dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion within the sport. Currently serving as the Female Refugee Football Project Coordinator at QPR In The Community Trust, she focuses on engaging women and girls from refugee backgrounds, providing them with opportunities to participate in football within a supportive environment.
