Kess Eruteya is a leading diversity and inclusion specialist, who is the founder of InclusionZ. Creating the company back in 2020, Kess is passionate about bridging the gap in the future of work by helping organisations to attract, engage and retain Generation Z employees. Recognising diverse strengths and growth prospects, Kess is now booked as a speaker for events to share the importance of a diverse workforce.
Outside of her D&I work, Kess is a consultant specialising in Cloud Infrastructure Services and currently works as a Technical Applications Consultant for Capgemini. Combining such work with her own company, InclusionZ, Kess is empowering the next generation of businessmen and women to achieve personal and professional growth. Recognising that Generation Z is different to previous generations, Kess works to help organisations find practices that better suit this new generation. Spreading insightful information and delivering informative workshops, Kess helps her clients to navigate a Gen Z world.
Highly respected, Kess has been featured in Forbes and Startup Magazine. She was also invited, in 2021, to deliver the TEDx talk Generation Z: The Impact Leaders of Tomorrow at the TEDxESCPLondon event. Other prominent roles of Kess’ include being a Fellow of The RSA, a Digital Champion Ambassador for Digital Unite Ltd, a Personal Development Mentor for CodeYourFuture and an Enterprise Mentor for The Prince’s Trust. She is also widely known for driving the #Tech4Good movement, accelerating social change and minimising the barriers that young professionals face.
A leading diversity and inclusion advocate, Kess is now hired as a speaker to bring understanding to how biases can influence innovation, teamwork and performance as a whole. Helping her clients to grasp the possibilities of diversity in relation to strength and growth, Kess has formerly worked with clients such as UNICEF, Experian, Red Bull and LinkedIn.
