This early experience paved the way for her to move into more strategic roles, including HR Business Partner positions in the Audio and Technology divisions, and later, as a Senior HR Business Partner for the Content Division at ESPN. Following her nearly 13-year tenure at ESPN, Kim took on the role of Senior HR Manager for Microsoft’s US East Region, where she continued to develop her expertise in change management and organisational development.
In addition to her corporate roles, Kim has served as the Global Head of People Experience Partners at Zoom, where she focused on creating positive workplace experiences across the globe. Her commitment to diversity and inclusion is further demonstrated by her role as an Executive Board Member of The Black in HR and her involvement with the Forbes Human Resources Council. Recognised as one of the Top 10 Diverse Leaders at the 2021 Tech Inclusion Conference, Kim’s reputation as a leader in her field is well-established.
