Navin’s career began with his graduation with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Bath in 2005, laying the foundation for a path deeply rooted in mental health and social impact. Early roles included working as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London, and as Senior Support Worker and Business Development Manager at Salsbury Autistic Care Limited, providing frontline support to neurodiverse individuals. A strong commitment to community development led him to work internationally as Community Development Programme Manager at Pisco Sin Fronteras in Peru, and later to positions in consultancy and event leadership across Europe, including as Senior Consultant at Mayday Healthcare and Events & Programme Director at IQPC Exchange. In 2019, Navin completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Coaching at the University of East London, formalising his expertise in mental health and wellbeing.
Among Navin’s most notable achievements are his appointment as Senior Consultant at The Social Investment Consultancy, where he guided impact-driven organisations on DEI strategy, and his role as CEO of the Care Innovation Hub, driving innovation in social care. In 2023, Navin was invited to speak at a fireside chat hosted by the Ministry of Equality, offering key insights into identity, racial justice, and systemic change. His longstanding voluntary counselling work at CYE-CYL and Kairos Plus+ further reflects his dedication to accessible mental health support and youth empowerment on a global scale.
Navin’s speaking work is sought after for its authenticity, impact, and intersectional perspective. Whether addressing mental resilience, inclusive leadership, or workplace transformation, Navin consistently foregrounds racial equality, encouraging individuals and organisations to confront bias, celebrate difference, and champion systemic change. He is hired not only for his depth of expertise and wide-ranging experience, but because his message is rooted in lived truth—making him a powerful and transformative voice for any audience committed to building a more equitable future.
