Throughout her career, Nina has amassed a wealth of accolades. She led the BBC’s pioneering 50:50 Project from 2019 to 2020, an initiative that drove measurable improvements in gender representation across BBC content and beyond. This work earned her and her team the Diversity Team of the Year award at the 2019 European Diversity Awards and recognition at the Global Equality & Diversity Awards. Nina was personally honoured in the Top 20 Global Diversity List as a Professional in 2020 and as a Champion in 2021.
