Sirisha Kuchimanchi is a dynamic and inspiring racial equality speaker, known for blending her extensive leadership experience in the tech industry with a deep, personal commitment to inclusion and equity. Currently a Director of Quality at Texas Instruments, she draws on two decades of navigating corporate spaces as a woman of colour to champion underrepresented voices. Her lived experience as an immigrant woman in engineering fuels her advocacy, empowering others through talks that are both practical and deeply human. Her signature speaking topics include Corporate GPS – Managing Your Route Up the Career Ladder, Catalysing Allyship in the Workplace, Being Brave at Work, and The Art of Breakthrough Networking, all of which encourage courageous action in the face of systemic barriers.
Sirisha’s journey began in India, where she completed her undergraduate degree before moving to the United States to pursue a graduate degree in engineering. Starting her career in 2000 as a Process Engineer at Applied Materials, she joined Texas Instruments a year later as a Yield and Process Engineer. Over the years, she steadily rose through technical and leadership roles, becoming a trusted voice not only in engineering but also in diversity and inclusion. Her experience in a male-dominated industry shaped her understanding of the nuanced challenges faced by women and people of colour, inspiring her to take a more active role in mentoring, employee resource groups, and, eventually, public speaking.
In recent years, Sirisha’s impact has expanded significantly. She is the host of the Women, Career & Life Podcast, a platform that amplifies diverse stories and workplace advice. In 2024, she published 12 Steps to Financial Independence, empowering individuals with financial literacy. She serves on the Board of Governors of The Podcast Academy and the Workforce Advisory Board of the Semiconductor Research Corporation, is a Limited Partner at How Women Invest, where she champions funding for women-led start-ups, and co-chaired the Technology & Manufacturing Women’s ERG. These roles underscore her commitment to advancing women and minorities in both corporate and entrepreneurial spaces.
Organisations hire Sirisha for her ability to bridge data-driven insight with lived reality. Her sessions on allyship, financial independence, burnout recovery, and career re-entry resonate with diverse audiences and drive real change. With her intersectional perspective, she brings clarity and courage to conversations about race, gender, and leadership. Her talks don’t just inspire—they equip people to act. This unique blend of authenticity, technical credibility, and advocacy makes her a sought-after speaker for any organisation serious about racial equality and inclusive workplace culture.
