Her talents quickly propelled her into key leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer of South African Tourism in 2005 and Founder and CEO of MOONCHILD in 2007. By 2011, she was CEO of Grey, a global advertising agency, before becoming Chief Marketing Officer at Barclays in 2012.
