Tayo Oguntonade

Tayo Oguntonade is the presenter on the BAFTA Award-winning show The Great House Giveaway on Channel 4. He is an experienced property expert and television presenter. Through his appearances, he has given property advice to millions of people on broadcast television His expertise has seen him work on some of the country’s biggest property and consumer advice shows on BBC and ITV.

Tayo bought his first property at the tender age of 22 renting out two of his spare rooms to help him pay the mortgage. Now with several years of experience in property investment under his belt, he is sharing his knowledge with as many people as people. Tayo has the credentials to back up his experience, he holds a degree in Economics from the University of Portsmouth, and is a fully qualified mortgage advisor receiving his accreditation from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Tayo is famed for breaking down complex topics within the property world into easy chunks for everyday people. He has also appeared on the hugely popular Channel 4 show Steph’s Packed Lunch offering his advice to help everyday people understand the property market better. Tayo has also delivered for National favourites Rip Off Britain and Morning Live, both BBC1 consumer advice programmes. He is fast making a name for himself as a trusted property and consumer advice expert. Tayo has appeared on the national news programme ITV News to discuss property related issues.

Building on his work on television, Tayo Oguntonade has created the online platform BricksWithTipz with a host of free educational resources to help people learn about property investment as possible.
