Vital Germaine is Founder and President of ENGAGEteams360 and President of AIM TO WIN Inc. Having lived a multifaceted life spanning continents and industries, his lived experiences — from navigating identity as a Black man born in the UK and raised in Europe, to rising through the creative ranks in elite performance and corporate circles — deeply fuel his mission as a racial equality speaker. Vital’s early career is rooted in the arts and entertainment, most notably with Cirque du Soleil, where he served as a Performer and Team Captain from 1993, later becoming a Team Building Facilitator and Creative Consultant. These formative years were pivotal — not only did he develop world-class storytelling and leadership skills, but he also gained a nuanced understanding of how diverse teams function in high-pressure environments. Prior to Cirque de Soleil, he held various leadership roles in hospitality and creative direction across Europe and Mexico, including positions such as Creative Director for Inversions and Creative Consultant for Vallarta Adventures. His journey from nightclubs in Belgium to corporate training rooms in North America showcases an exceptional trajectory shaped by resilience, adaptability, and a clear commitment to cultural excellence.
In recent years, Vital has become a prolific author and thought leader. He has published multiple books, including Flying Without a Net: , Innovation Mindset: Reimagining Business, Leadership and Company Culture, and THE EMPATH WAY: Understanding the Journey and the Purpose. His written work blends personal insight with professional wisdom, consistently championing themes of emotional intelligence, equity, and growth mindset.
